Chickpeas are high in both protein and fibre, which means they have the great knack of keeping you fuller for longer. Their protein and fibre content also means that your blood sugars are kept stable.

  • Tahini
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice

** Try adding some Chilli, Paprika or Coriander if you fancy a change.

I usually guesstimate the amounts in the recipe because you can always taste and add a little more of something to suit your taste. Change it up so you’ll never get bored. Try adding herbs or different spices; you’ll end up with something amazing.
