Summer Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups spinach, baby
  • 2 Tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 Tablespoon cheese, goat
  • 1 medium carrot chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon walnuts, chopped

METHOD

Rinse and thoroughly dry spinach leaves.

Place spinach in a serving bowl.

Add vinaigrette and toss to combine.

Top with goat cheese, carrots, and walnuts and serve.
